Our Return Promise

We want you to love your 7VN Design Co. order!

    •    Custom & Personalized Items – Made just for you, so these are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    •    Non-Custom Items – If you’re not happy, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a store credit or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging.

    •    Damaged or Defective – If something isn’t right, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you.

    •    Return Shipping – Customers cover return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
